  Our wooden memorial plaque and post are carefully handcrafted with attention to every detail, creating a timeless piece. The engraved brass plaque adds a touch of sophistication and serves as a lasting memorial to celebrate their life. The oak is protected with 3 coats of quality wood oil to keep your plaque looking good. 

  The memorial can be placed in your own garden, a natural burial ground or memorial garden (check with the burial park before purchasing to see if it is suitable to be placed there), and many other places. These are some of the ways our customers use these memorials:

• Product Sizing

  Material: FSC-certified solid oak plaque & post. Dimensions: 10" tall x 2" thick oak post, with 5" x 5" oak plaque. The brass plaque measures approx. 4.7" x 4.7".

• How To Order

  Please choose your preferred font from the list provided and type the font letter into the relevant box. Note: if no font is chosen, we will use font letter B. This can still be changed to a different font during the proof process if needed.

  Provide your customisation details in the "Your Message Here" section. Don't worry about how the writing looks in the personalisation section, as we will centre all of the text for you so there's no need to enter it line by line. If you would prefer to provide your text line by line or have produced your own design, please email us with the details within 48 hours of purchase. The images show an example plaque, so you'll be able to see the way we generally lay out the text on the plaque. If you would like something different done with the layout, please let us know.

  Once you have entered your custom message and any other instructions and placed the order, we will email you a proof of the memorial to review before we go ahead. You can have as many proof revisions as needed to ensure you're completely happy with the design before we start producing it.
