Our wooden memorial plaque and post are carefully handcrafted with attention to every detail, creating a timeless piece. The engraved slate plaque adds a touch of sophistication and serves as a lasting memorial to celebrate their life. The oak is protected with 3 coats of quality wood oil to keep your plaque looking good.
The memorial can be placed in your own garden, a natural burial ground or memorial garden (check with the burial park before purchasing to see if it is suitable to be placed there), and many other places. These are some of the ways our customers use these memorials:

Material: FSC-certified solid oak plaque & post. Dimensions: 10" tall x 2" thick oak post, with 5" x 5" oak plaque. The slate plaque measures approx. 4.5" x 4.5".
- How To Order
Firstly, select your preferred font from the list provided and type the font number into the box provided. Then select your image (if required) from the list provided and type the image number into the box provided. If you don't want an image, please leave the image box blank.
Provide your customisation details in the "Your Message Here" section. Don't worry about how the writing looks in the personalisation section, as we will centre all of the text for you. The images show an example plaque, so you'll be able to see the way we generally lay out the text on the plaque. If you would like something different done with the layout, please let us know in the personalisation section when ordering.
Once you have entered your custom message and any other instructions and placed the order, we will email you a proof of the memorial to see before we go ahead.

We also display our lead times here too. Please bear in mind the lead times are only our best estimates, and production and delivery times may be either longer or shorter than stated. If you have a deadline for receiving your memorial, please let us know before ordering and we will accommodate your needs if at all possible.
Shipping Info
We ship all large and/or heavy items via DPD Local, and other smaller/lighter items will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. We only use tracked services to send our memorials so you have complete peace of mind when ordering from us.
Delivery Areas
We can deliver smaller/lighter items via Royal Mail to most of the UK, including most Highlands and Islands. If you are unsure if we deliver to your area, please email us. Larger/heavier items sent by DPD can be delivered to Mainland UK only at the standard delivery price. Other areas will incur an additional delivery charge. This will be shown on the relevant product page for the item.
