This unique piece serves as a heartfelt tribute and a beautiful way to cherish their memory. Our solid oak memorial plaque and post are carefully handcrafted with attention to every detail, creating a timeless piece. The plaque and post are treated with 3 coats of quality wood oil to help protect them outside. 

  The memorial can be placed in your own garden, a natural burial ground or memorial garden (check with the burial park before purchasing to see if it is suitable to be placed there), and many other places. These are some of the ways our customers use these memorials:

  Material: FSC-certified solid oak plaque & post. Dimensions: 10" tall x 2" thick oak post, with 5" x 5" oak plaque.

• How To Order

  Firstly, select your preferred font from the list provided and type the font number into the box provided. Then select your image (if required) from the list provided and type the image number into the box provided. If you don't want an image, please leave the image box blank. Note: if no font is chosen, we will use font number B. This can still be changed to a different font during the proof process if needed.

  Provide your customisation details in the "Your Message Here" section. Don't worry about how the writing looks in the personalisation section, as we will centre all of the text for you so there's no need to enter it line by line. If you would prefer to provide your text line by line or have produced your own design, please email us with the details within 48 hours of purchase. The images show an example plaque, so you'll be able to see the way we generally lay out the text on the plaque. If you would like something different done with the layout, please let us know.

  Once you have entered your custom message and any other instructions and placed the order, we will email you a proof of the memorial to review before we go ahead. You can have as many proof revisions as needed to ensure you're completely happy with the design before we start producing it.
