When will my memorial be delivered?

All delivery estimates can be found on the memorial product page. 

How long will my memorial last?

Memorial longevity will vary from one piece to another, depending on which materials are used in the production of the memorial, and how it is cared for once placed in an outdoor environment. 

Can I have a photograph of my loved one on the memorial?

Yes. Many (but not all) of our memorial products are suitable for addition of a photograph. 

Do you offer a refurbishing service for your memorials?

Yes, we offer a refurbishing service for all our wooden and slate memorials. 

Do you offer care instructions for looking after my memorial?

Yes, we will send a care sheet in the package when you purchase a memorial from us. If the sheet gets lost, we are happy to email you a replacement.

What happens if I'm not happy with my memorial?

We are confident that you will love your memorial, but if something is wrong, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we will help you to resolve any issues.

What is your returns policy for memorials?

Can you ship to a different address?

Yes we can ship to a different address as long as it is in an area we can deliver to. Please click here to view our delivery info.   

Do I have to create an account to purchase a memorial?

No, you don't need to create an account to purchase a memorial, but we will need your email address to provide you with updates through the process of making and sending your order.
