Below are our Terms & Conditions. We have tried to keep the jargon to a minimum, but please let us know if there is anything you would like clarified.

Order Cancellation
If your item has been personalised for you, we unfortunately cannot accept order cancellations after your order has been confirmed. Orders for non-engraved items may be cancelled within 7 days of placing the order.

Phoenix Engraving has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and that all products have been fairly described and portrayed. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website.
Use of This Website
Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Phoenix Engraving. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.
Returns
When you cancel an order or part of an order, the goods must be returned in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt. (Please note: engraved goods can only be returned if the mistake was on our part). You are responsible for the goods prior to return and for insuring or bearing the cost of the items until they are received by us. Any package or postage cost incurred in returning the goods will be your responsibility.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives faulty, damaged, or the goods are different to those ordered, then please email returns@phoenixengraving.co.uk or call 01263 833335 immediately. We will then organise a replacement to be sent out to you at the earliest opportunity, or issue a refund to you. (Please note that any original delivery charges will not be refunded).

Please put a note in the packaging indicating whether you would like a replacement or a refund. Make sure you include your name, address and telephone number in the parcel if your packing slip is not available.
When receiving returned goods that have, in our opinion, been used, altered, damaged or are in any other way unfit for resale or return to the manufacturer for a credit we will withhold any monies due, advise you in writing within 14 days of any such intention and describe the nature of any such refusal to refund. During any period thereafter the goods will be retained by us for a period of no longer than 30 days and be available for inspection by any interested parties, experts, or witnesses. Thereafter, unless the subject of further legal claims, the goods will either be destroyed or at their request returned to the original purchaser, at their expense, following the signing of a release form as provided by us.
Postage & Packing
We cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. However, all items will be sent via insured postage. Additional insurance is available on request.
Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
Extent of Liability
Phoenix Engraving shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. We reserve the right at any time to:
Withdraw or add products to our range
Add or remove suppliers from our list
Revise prices
Change delivery methods or carrier
Add to or remove payment methods
