How soon will I get my item?

It all depends on the item. As a rough guide we aim to ship most items within one working week of you placing your order, but bear in mind that engraved items may take a little longer. If you have ordered a house sign, this may take up to 21 days from receipt of your order. A wooden photo frame may take up to 7 working days to complete.

Do your wooden signs need treating?

All of our wooden signs are made from solid oak and are supplied varnished, so should last for years. However, we do recommend that you treat them with 2 coats of varnish every 2 years or so to keep them in tiptop condition.

Can I send you my own artwork?

Yes you can. If you simply place your order in the usual way you will get to the order confirmation screen where you will see a link to upload your image. If you click on this link you will get to the image upload centre where you can upload any image from your PC. If you experience any difficulty using this, you can simply email us your image to: This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it

Can you handle bulk orders?

Yes, we are well equipped to handle both large and small orders. Simply let us know your requirements by email or phone. Discount is available for bulk orders.

Yes, we can ship worldwide. Prices vary by weight and destination, so will be calculated when your order is placed.

I don’t have a Paypal account. Can I still buy from you?

No problem. When you have ordered your item you will be asked to choose your payment method; cheque, Paypal or Credit Card. The next screen splits the choices down further, enabling you to pay securely using your credit card whether or not you have a Paypal account.

Do you accept BACS payments?

Yes we do. Please contact us after placing your order and we’ll give you details of how to pay.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, we are happy to undertake a custom order if you have something special in mind. Please email us initially with your idea and we’ll see what we can do to help.
